  • Unauthorized sharing/distribution is prohibited.

5. Liability & Disclaimers

  • We are not liable for:

    • Rejections due to client-provided false information.

    • Delays caused by government authorities or third parties (e.g., banks).

    • Business outcomes post-setup (e.g., profitability).

  • No Guarantees: Approval timelines depend on external entities.

6. Termination

  • Either party may terminate services with written notice.

  • Outstanding fees must be settled upon termination.

These terms are governed by UAE/Dubai laws. Disputes will be resolved in Dubai courts.
